AI Conversation Summary Privacy Checker
Select sensitive categories in a completed conversation and decide whether an online AI summary is necessary. The web tool only classifies categories and never reads or edits the conversation; if sensitive content is present, do not request a summary unless the entire record is deleted and an approved process is used.
If no sensitive category is selected, review the completed record and then request a summary only when it is necessary. If any credential, financial, identity, contact, medical, legal, or confidential category is present, do not request the summary; this tool cannot remove individual fields. A completed record may still be sent through a private operational notification of up to 3,500 characters, and the AI summary sends the selected complete record.

Decide whether the upload is necessary
The web checker asks only which categories are present and whether a summary is necessary; it never reads or edits conversation text. With no sensitive category selected, review the completed record before requesting an online AI summary.

Do not request a summary for sensitive records
Credentials, financial, identity, contact, medical, legal, and confidential content should block a summary request. The App summary entry cannot edit individual fields: delete the entire record and use an approved process if a summary is essential. The AI summary then sends the selected complete record rather than only a redacted excerpt.
- Always review the original conversation because an AI summary is not a legal, medical, or perfectly accurate record.
