Face-to-Face Translation Turn Planner

Turn two language names, a setting, and a risk level into a clear shared-phone conversation protocol that participants can copy.

Enter both participant languages and choose the setting and consequence level. The tool returns a visible side assignment, turn order, sentence-length rule, and verification steps for names, numbers, and important decisions.

Result

Make the next speaker visible

Assign one fixed side of the phone to each language and tap that side before speaking. Short turns with a pause prevent one participant's speech from being captured under the other participant's language.

  • State the side assignment aloud before the first translated turn.

Add verification when consequences rise

Travel directions may need a simple repeat-back, while medical, legal, safety, or financial decisions need a qualified human interpreter or another authoritative channel. The planner increases confirmation steps instead of pretending the app becomes more accurate.

  • Names, numbers, dates, addresses, and commitments should always be repeated or shown in writing.
